Our Return Policy shows our dedication to offering the best product and service possible to our clients. Our return policy applies only to products purchased online at Shop With Cents.

Products identified on the Website (Shop With Cents) as final sales are non-returnable. When making a purchase, you must read the product description. Typically, the product information page will specify whether or not the item is eligible for a refund. The most common non-returnable products, however, are:

Shop With Cents will only authorize a merchandise return for a refund or exchange if/when the purchase was made within 90 days of shipment with substantial evidence of purchase and returned in their original condition. This indicates that the items have not been damaged, soiled, cleaned, altered, or worn (other than to inspect the item) and that any labels or tags are still there.

You are requested to ask our representatives for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) to initiate a return. After confirmation of the return, securely seal the item in a box and affix the prepaid UPS or FedEx label provided by our staff. Drop the package to your nearest UPS or FedEx store. After you have placed your return, please allow ten business days for your item to be received by our team and processed.

We will tell you once Shop With Cents get your returned item. Our staff will examine the item for signs of wear or damage. We will inform you and keep you updated on the progress of your return application as soon as our staff completes the initial assessment.

In order to give the greatest level of service to our Shop With Cents clients, we reserve the right to deny refunds if we think our return policy is being abused (such as excessive returns, reselling, or fraud).
